Timeless apparel with a ‘less is more’ approach
Originally an artisan shoe label, in recent years the luxury label St. Agni has launched a line of women’s apparel, seeing an incredibly warm reception from its customers.
Founded in Byron Bay in 2014 by Lara and Matt Fells, the brand was built with a vision to create functional, refined, quality pieces that are unique and timeless.
Inspired by art and architecture, Lara designs each collection with a ‘less is more’ philosophy.
The brand cherishes the handmade process, and the art of creation that goes into each and every piece – whether that be a woven shoe or linen garment.
Following a slow fashion attitude, the brand creates designs that are made to last, in fine materials that are gentle on the environment.
Their latest Resort ’20 collection is inspired by the undeniable connection between self and the environment.
Upon reflection during the time spent indoors this year, the brand acknowledged the significance of how our surrounding nurture impacts the way we live and vice versa.
Their Resort ‘20 collection is comprised of natural material, providing function and comfort, and is uncompromising on quality.
Think long ramie dresses and shirts, soft draped tencel suiting, linen knit loungewear, cotton linen trench coats and soft vegetable-died leathers in a range of neutral shades of olive, almond, white and grey.
St. Agni is stocked in select high-end boutiques throughout the world and online, or can be viewed at their flagship store in Byron Bay or in James Street, Brisbane.
